Acceptable use policy

Purpose

This policy defines what you may not do while using SleekClassified, so that the marketplace stays lawful, useful and safe for everyone.

Prohibited behaviour

You may not use the service for illegal activity; fraud or scams; distributing malware; phishing; spam; harassment; impersonation of other people or of staff; manipulation of pricing, search or reviews; scraping or automated abuse beyond normal use; circumvention of security or access controls; or anything that harms other users or the platform.

Credentials and accounts

You may not share credentials, attempt account takeover, sell or trade accounts, or collect verification codes from other users. Accounts are personal unless the platform offers an official business account flow.

Automation

Legitimate, documented API use — where an API is offered and you hold the right authorisation — is allowed. Abusive automation is not: bulk posting, bulk messaging, scraping listings or profiles for off-platform use, or any automated activity designed to avoid rate limits, detection or our terms.

Consequences

We may remove content, suspend functionality, or terminate accounts involved in prohibited use, and we may report serious cases to authorities where the law requires it.
