Overview
This User agreement is the complete agreement between you and SleekClassified about your use of SleekClassified. It incorporates our Terms of service, Privacy policy and all of our policies named on this site, which are part of this agreement.
Acceptance
By registering an account or using the marketplace, you agree to this agreement. If you use the marketplace on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
Access
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the marketplace for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless you hold a business account. You may not resell access, copy the service, or build competing products on it.
Your conduct
All conduct rules in the Acceptable use policy, Community guidelines and other policies apply to you. You are responsible for the content you publish and the deals you make.
Disputes between users
Transactions are between users. We provide tools and moderation but are not a party to your deals. See the Terms of service for our liability position.
Disputes with us
If you have a complaint, contact us first. We aim to resolve issues directly. Any legal claims are governed by the laws of India and the competent courts of India, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
Changes and termination
We may update this agreement and may suspend or terminate access as described in our Terms of service. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the Account deletion page.
