Spam policy
What counts as spam — and what we do about it.
What we treat as spam
Unsolicited or repeated messages; posting the same listing many times; duplicate accounts posting the same item; messages that contain referral links, unrelated promotions or external marketplaces; scraping contact details; and comments or reviews that advertise unrelated services.
Why it is harmful
Spam wastes time, hides genuine listings and protects scammers. It is against our Terms and the Channels in which it appears have their own policies.
Enforcement
Spam is removed and the accounts responsible may be warned, restricted or terminated, including on the first serious offence. Obvious spam tools and scripts are blocked.
Reporting spam
Use the report button on the offending listing or message, or the Report abuse page.
