Honest reviews
Reviews must reflect a real experience with the user or transaction. Short, honest and specific is ideal.
Prohibited
Fake reviews; paid or incentivised manipulation; reviewing yourself or your own listings; review bombing; using reviews to threaten, blackmail or retaliate; including personal data, defamation or spam in reviews.
Moderation
We remove reviews that violate this policy. Coordinated or repeated abuse may lead to restricted accounts.
Appeals
If a review was removed and you believe it complied with policy, or if you believe a review about you is abusive or fabricated, contact support on the contact form with the listing and review details. We review appeals and provide our decision.
