Messages should relate to the listing or transaction you are talking about. This keeps a usable record and helps keep the community safe.

Allowed

Genuine enquiries, negotiation, arranging handover, and aftercare relevant to the deal.

Prohibited

Unsolicited marketing; spam or bulk identical messages; harassment, threats or abuse; attempts to take conversations off-platform to defraud; sending links to malicious or lookalike pages; contacting people about items they are not selling.

Reporting

Use the report button on any message thread to report spam or abuse. We review reports and may warn, restrict or terminate accounts that misuse messaging.
