Listing content policy
How content in a listing must be written and presented.
Language and tone
Use clear, plain language in the site's supported languages. Listings may be rejected or removed for misleading, rude, exploitative or abusive content, or for content that targets protected groups.
Accuracy
Match the description to the item. Do not exaggerate condition, omit defects or invent attributes such as brand, year, usage or warranty.
Images
Use real photos of the item you are selling. You may include watermarks if they do not hide the item. Do not use images that include personal data, contact details or links, or that infringe someone's copyright.
Formatting
Use appropriate keywords in a natural way. Keyword stuffing, hashtag spam, URL spam and all-caps titles are treated as quality violations.
Prohibited content in listings
Contact details designed to bypass messaging, links to external sales, references to other platforms' ratings, and content that impersonates support or brands are not allowed.
Enforcement
Content that breaks this policy is edited or removed, and repeat violations can restrict your account.
