What you can request
Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Correction — fix inaccurate data. Deletion — remove data where we are not obliged to keep it. Export — your data in a portable, structured format. And general privacy questions about how your data is handled.
How to request
Use the contact form and choose the "Privacy" topic, describing the request and your account ID where you have one. We respond within the window required by applicable law.
Verification
Before releasing any personal data we verify your identity to make sure data is not disclosed to the wrong person. We may ask you to confirm account details or verify access to your email.
What we keep
Some data is retained where the law requires — for example, records needed for tax or legal purposes — even after a deletion request. We tell you what, why and for how long.
