All original content created by SleekClassified — site text, design, software and brand assets — is owned by SleekClassified. User content belongs to its authors, who grant us a licence to operate the marketplace.

Filing a complaint

If you believe content on the site infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a takedown request to [email protected] using the contact form with the "Copyright" topic. In your request please include the claim owner's name and contact information; the copyrighted work you believe is infringed; the exact listing URL; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and your electronic signature (type your name) confirming the information is accurate. We act on valid requests promptly.

Process and counter-notice

After we remove content, the affected user may file a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error. We review counter-notices and may restore content where appropriate. We may also restrict the accounts of repeat infringers.
