Account deletion

What deletion means

Deleting your account removes your ability to log in and deactivates your listings, offers and marketplace presence. Personal data is deleted in line with our retention rules — some records we are legally required to keep may be retained for the period the law sets.

Before you delete

Log out of all devices. Export or note anything you need — messages, reviews, listing history — because deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Sellers with open deals should complete or cancel them first. Per our Cancellation policy, subscriptions continue until their period ends unless cancelled first.

How to request deletion

If you are signed in, you can request deletion from your account settings. Otherwise, submit a request through the contact form with the "Account deletion" topic. We verify identity before processing to protect your account from takeovers.

What happens next

We confirm the request, delete or deactivate your account, and start processing personal data deletion according to our retention requirements. We will confirm once processing is complete or if any data must be retained and why.

Can I change my mind?

During the confirmation period you can cancel the request by logging in. After deletion completes, your account cannot be restored.
